Refund Policy

The Puffy Apps money-back guarantee offers a full refund within the first 14 days of starting your first subscription. A refund request must be sent to our support email: support@puffyapps.com

We will stop your subscription and issue you a refund. Your request for a refund must be received within 14 days of the date and time of starting your first subscription. While some refunds may be instant, refund credit can take up to 5 – 10 business days to appear on your payment method's statement.

If adequate notice is not received or you forgot to cancel and your payment method is charged, you will not receive a refund.
