 How many shops under one account?

There is no limit to the number of shops you can have under one account.

 Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, Klarna, bank ACH direct debit, and bank transfers.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.com.

 Does Puffy provide devices?

Not yet. You can purchase tablets from your local electronics store, or order from Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc.

Our apps require devices to have updated Chrome or Safari browser. We recommend your device be less than 3-5 years old.

 Can I pause/stop/cancel a shop subscription?

Yes. You can pause a shop subscription and payments at any time with no penalty.

Your apps will remain active until the original expiration date and time. You can always restart subscriptions and payments after stopping a subscription. We don't refund unused subscription time.

 Can I add/remove apps from my subscription?

Yes. You can add and remove apps from inside your portal at any time.

Removed apps will remain active until the original expiration date and time. Adding a removed app will restore the old data. We will keep removed app data available for up to 1 year before permanently deleting. We don't refund unused app time.

 Can I use Puffy apps with my POS?

Yes. Our apps work alone and there are no limits to your current and future systems.
